Why did you start looking into HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy)?

My energy levels were super low. I try to do all the right things. I watch what I eat and exercise. I live an active lifestyle with Yoga and the gym. I just found that it wasn’t enough.

Where did you hear about HRT?

I was researching other ways to improve my health. So I researched other options and came across HRT on the internet. I read sevrel forums and studies which immediately sparked my interest.

Where did you hear about or how did you find Kingsberg Medical?

While doing a google search Kingsberg Medical was one of the the 1st clinics to pop up. There website was rather easy to navigate. I filled out a small questionare and was surprised at how quickly Kingsberg responded.

Please list the name of your program advisor?

My advisors name is Clark Petion.

Describe your experience when filling out our Medical History form?

I thought that it was pretty simple process to fill out. It was just like any other medical history form I’d fill out at any other doctor’s office. It went into detail and was pretty easy to complete.

How difficult was it to forward your existing blood work or complete new blood panels?

They set me up with lab requisition form through Lab Corp. Labcorp was super easy to deal with and convenient. The best part was that I didn’t have to drive far to find the lab, it was very close to my office. I went in as a walk in and was out in about 7 – 10 minutes.

How difficult was it to forward your existing or complete your Physical Exam?

The good thing about Kingsberg Medical is that they were able to use the recent physical I completed with my own doctor. I simply my physicians office and requested a copy of my physical. They then emailed me the physical, which I forwarded to Clark at Kingsberg and I was all set.

How accessible was your program advisor, with examples?

I must say that Kingsberg Medical and their staff have been nothing short than amazing. The best part about the whole deal is their customer service. Any question I had for the Doctor were taken care of right away. Clark provided me his personal cell phone number, so that I could call and text him with any of my concerns. Once again, the customer service and attention they give you is amazing. Clark is very attentive and made sure that I understood what the doctor planned for my therapy.

How would you describe your treatment Progress?

• I feel like I have more energy and feel overall that I’m in better condition than before the treatment
• My libido has improved
• My confidence has improved
• My work performance has improved
• I practice Yoga daily
• I go to the gym a lot more often
• I’m a lot more lean
• My waist redistributed from fat to muscle
• I had to purchase new clothes, which was really cool
• I’m looking a lot more V shaped
• I feel a lot stronger

Progress and overall experience during your 1st 6 months of HRT therapy

I did not note my experience by month just an overall process, during the initial 6 months I slept better, lost approximately 5lbs of fat, look better physically. I play golf and feel like im hitting the ball further career is almost over and i feel rejuvined. I’ve had zero side effects no complaints. It’s suprisingly been a smooth experience.
