They set me up with lab requisition form through Lab Corp. Labcorp was super easy to deal with and convenient. The best part was that I didn’t have to drive far to find the lab, it was very close to my office. I went in as a walk in and was out in about 7 – 10 minutes.
The good thing about Kingsberg Medical is that they were able to use the recent physical I completed with my own doctor. I simply my physicians office and requested a copy of my physical. They then emailed me the physical, which I forwarded to Clark at Kingsberg and I was all set.
I must say that Kingsberg Medical and their staff have been nothing short than amazing. The best part about the whole deal is their customer service. Any question I had for the Doctor were taken care of right away. Clark provided me his personal cell phone number, so that I could call and text him with any of my concerns. Once again, the customer service and attention they give you is amazing. Clark is very attentive and made sure that I understood what the doctor planned for my therapy.

I did not note my experience by month just an overall process, during the initial 6 months I slept better, lost approximately 5lbs of fat, look better physically. I play golf and feel like im hitting the ball further career is almost over and i feel rejuvined. I’ve had zero side effects no complaints. It’s suprisingly been a smooth experience.
